Shipping Policy
If you are ordering an item that is in stock then we will dispatch it within 1-2 days. You can choose either First Class or Second Class Royal Mail. If you would like a faster service then please contact us via email and make a note when you place your order.

If you are ordering a bespoke item or requesting any personalisation then we will discuss the time frame with with.
Our parcels are plastic free and all packaging is recyclable. The postal boxes are large letter sized so can fit through your letterbox.
Return & Exchange Policy
For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on earrings but if you have any problems with your purchace please get in touch and we will do our best to sort it out. Necklaces can be exchanged as long as they are returned within 14 days in their original state.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Please contact us before sending. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
